One-time contributions

The Stripe link on this website allows visitors to make a voluntary one-time contribution toward the continued creation, publication, and preservation of the Ali Capa photographic archive.

A contribution does not create a subscription or Patreon membership and does not purchase additional goods, services, commissions, personalised content, access rights, or rewards. Contributions are not represented as charitable or tax-deductible donations.

Payment processing

Payments are processed on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Stripe may offer payment methods based on your device, location, and eligibility. Ali Capa Foto does not receive or store complete card details.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. The amount shown and confirmed at checkout is the amount you authorise Stripe to charge.

Refund policy

If a contribution was made by mistake, was duplicated, or you change your mind, contact alicapafoto@gmail.com within 14 days of payment and include the email address used at checkout and the payment date. Reasonable refund requests will be honoured where possible.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. The time needed for the refund to appear is controlled by Stripe, the payment network, and your financial institution. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

No delivery or cancellation

Because a one-time contribution does not order a physical or digital product, there is no shipping, delivery, recurring billing, or subscription cancellation process. Patreon memberships are separate and governed by Patreon’s terms and cancellation tools.

Website and artwork

Unless otherwise stated, photographs, text, design, and other creative material on this website belong to Ali Capa Foto or are used with permission. Viewing the site or making a contribution does not grant permission to copy, publish, train models on, sell, alter, or commercially use the work.

The website contains fine-art photography and may include artistic nude imagery. It is presented in an artistic and editorial context. Visitors are responsible for deciding whether the material is appropriate for them and lawful to access where they live.

Availability and liability

The website and external payment links may occasionally be unavailable, changed, or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, Ali Capa Foto is not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by third-party services, payment networks, internet interruptions, or events outside reasonable control.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Questions, payment issues, and refund requests can be sent to alicapafoto@gmail.com.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the support model, website, payment setup, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
